I hate Mondays, Lasagna!. Lasagna boy is a game where you play the owner of a cat that loves lasagna but has horribly mutated into a man eating monster, and it is your job to stop it before it gets you and spreads horror throughout the world! 1. Brown ground beef with horseradish, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning..
2. Once the meat is browned add in the spinach, mushrooms and remaining seasonings. Cook over medium until mushrooms and spinach have cooked down..
3. Whip 2 eggs in a bowl, add in ricotta cheese and parmesan. Mix thoroughly..
4. Coat bottom of lasagna pan with marinara. Layer as directed on package of no boil lasagna. I use lots of cheese on each layer..
