- You need 1 cup of poha.
- You need of Namak swadanusar (salt to taste).
- It's 1 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1-2 of hari mirch.

Poha Recipe step by step
- Sabse pehle poha ko dho kar sara pani nikal lenge aur poha me namak aur sugar daal kar mix kar lenge aur 5min side kar ke rakh denge.
- Tab tak hm mungfali (peanuts) ke daano ko thode se oil m bhun lenge (fry kar lenge) aur plate me nikal lenge.
- Abb pan me oil daalenge aur gas sim rakh kar saro ke daane daalenge, jab tadak jaye tb hm haldi daalenge aur aap agar tikha khana pasand krte hai tb 1-2 hari mirch barik kaat kar dalenge aur 2 min fry kar lenge, abb aap apne pohe daal kar mila le aur gas ka flame medium to high kar le.
- Abb aap isi tarah bina ruke poahe chalate rahe 5-7 min poha taiyar ho jayegi, (agar apke paas curry patta hai to aap 4-5 curry patta 2-3 tukdo me kaat kar mila le, agar nahi hai tb aap aise bhi bana sakte hai, poha swadist hi banegi)..
